The Story:
Two escaped Super Soldiers crash-land on Earth, chasing a quiet life they’ll never truly have. Lost, hunted, and carrying the ghosts of what they were made to be, Overdrive and his young companion Shortround drift through the grit of 1990s Chicago – searching for freedom, peace, and hoping, somehow, to start anew.

Eli Nicolosi is a lifelong storyteller, illustrator, and founder of Astute Web Group – a design & digital marketing firm he’s run since 2001. He’s spent decades helping others build their brands, but Overdrive is the story he’s been building for himself. Equal parts comic-book nostalgia, sci-fi philosophy, and raw personal honesty, Overdrive is a passion project that finally came to life.
